Rachael was my consultant in user experience design under the ICT-A global program from GIZ (International German Cooperation Agency) Mexico, which I coordinate. Her main duties were to design, prototype and test a digital device for participatory planning. Rachael surprised the team and delivered beyond expectations! with detailed research and data analysis and a thorough test and iteration phase, everything nicely documented with great quality in its design and communication. Her prototypes included designing for accessibility-for-all, interaction design for a global audience and conducting a design thinking workshop with our counterparts and we received very good comments from the participants. She delivered a successful presentation to the program partners, which was one of the main milestones of the consultancy, and an in-depth end of project report with her recommendation.

Rachael´s unbounded creativity and foresight envisioned compelling new ways for people to meaningfully communicate and connect with each other in VR.
